The ARIM Components has the values set out in corporate positioning, act with integration policies with your work team and also support actions that are socially responsible. This policy has been widely reported in the company and all its sectors, in order to consolidate this concept and encourage employees to be involved with that thought.
An action that is already the result of this work is the Jardson Golçalves initiative da Silva, who works at the company’s tooling. Jardson acts as a volunteer in the Association to Support the Family – SAF. The institution, which is headquartered in Barueri, Santana de Parnaíba neighbor, serves children and adolescents from developing tutoring community, art and dance workshops, painting and socio-educational activities throughout the year. Early in the second half of 2015 Jardson proposed to the company developing collect clothing stocks, clothing and school supplies next to ARIM employees. Since then they have been carried out several collections and deliveries of their campaigns for the SAF, thus benefiting a large number of children and adolescents. The collected products are delivered personally to the official bringing joy and comfort to the community.
“Initiatives like this are very welcome and bring a very interesting benefit in the enterprise environment. We want more people to participate in actions like this and bring your ideas to implement in the factory,” says Andrea Monteiro Bagnara, responsible for the Human Resources department company.
